By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

1. Service Overview

Rapid Relocation offers a wide range of services including household shifting, office relocation, car and bike transport, local shifting, courier services, tempo services, loading and unloading, and warehousing & storage. Each service is designed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and timely delivery. All services are subject to availability, and bookings must be confirmed prior to service delivery.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Clients must provide accurate information including name, contact number, addresses, and any special instructions at the time of booking. Once the booking is submitted, Rapid Relocation will confirm the schedule and provide an estimated cost. Confirmation of the booking is necessary to secure the service date and resources. Any discrepancies or incomplete information may result in delayed services.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms, either in advance, partially, or full at the time of service.
  • Accepted modes of payment include cash, online bank transfer, UPI, and other approved methods.
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in postponement, cancellation, or additional charges.
  • All payments made are subject to our policies and refund conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request service cancellation by contacting Rapid Relocation via phone or email. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of the service booked. Refunds will be processed according to our internal policies:

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to service date: Full refund minus administrative charges.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days: Partial refund depending on resources deployed.
  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Liability and Insurance

While Rapid Relocation takes utmost care during packing, loading, transport, unloading, and delivery, we recommend customers to opt for insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items. Our liability is limited to the terms agreed in the service contract. Damage caused due to natural calamities, force majeure events, or improper packing by the client is not covered under our liability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the delivery and pickup addresses are correct and accessible.
  • Provide accurate details of goods, including fragile, perishable, or valuable items.
  • Be available at the scheduled time for pickup and delivery.
  • Ensure safe handling of goods within the premises and communicate any special requirements to our staff.

7. Service Limitations

Rapid Relocation reserves the right to refuse service in the following circumstances:

  • Illegal or prohibited items being transported.
  • Hazardous or explosive materials.
  • Uncooperative clients or unsafe working conditions.
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen events causing unsafe conditions for staff or vehicles.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected for service fulfillment is strictly used to provide you with seamless relocation services. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding displayed on Rapid Relocation platforms are the property of Rapid Relocation. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

11. Customer Feedback & Complaints

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback or raise complaints by contacting us via phone or email. We commit to addressing grievances within a reasonable time and taking corrective actions where necessary. Prompt communication helps us improve service quality.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Rapid Relocation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Rapid Relocation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is strictly limited to the terms specified in the service contract, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all risks during transport or storage.

14. Force Majeure

Rapid Relocation shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, traffic accidents, strikes, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
